PREGNANCY &
POSTPARTUM

Our Pregnancy & Postpartum Reformer Pilates classes are a wonderful way for expectant mothers to maintain their physical health and well-being during this special time. These classes are specifically designed to support and strengthen the body during pregnancy and prepare it for the postpartum period.


By taking these classes before our mums and bubs classes, new mothers can ensure a smoother transition into post-baby workouts and recovery. Our certified instructor will guide you through safe and effective exercises that are tailored to the unique needs of your changing body.

Join our Pregnancy Reformer Pilates classes and embrace a healthier and happier pregnancy journey.

Whether you are in your first, second or third trimester this class is specifically designed to help your growing body right up until birth.

Also to help support postpartum mums recovering from vaginal or c section delivery (need to be OK'd to exercise by midwife/doctor). 

Babies under 5 months (or until they can move) welcome.

MUMS & BUBS

Workout, Socialise & Guilt-Free “Me Time”

Our Mums & Bubs classes give you the best of both worlds: a great workout and some well-deserved alone time. We’ve got a babysitter on-site to keep an eye on your little ones — from babies to busy toddlers — with bouncers, toys, and space to play. It’s a great way for mums to meet other mums, and for the kids to socialise too — like a mini daycare while you take time for yourself.
